Series 1 Official papers and documents. -- 1890, 1912-1979. -- Consists of passports, visas, birth certificates, and other government documents relating to the personal and professional lives of Regina and Michael Cheremeteff, their children Christina, Alexandra and Dmitry, and Regina's mother, Katherine (Kathe) Bickel.

Series 2 Early ballet career years. -- 1919-1930. -- In addition to performing as a soloist, Regina Bickel danced and toured as a young girl with the Ballet Mary Zimmerman and the Katherine Devillier Ballet. In the late 1920s, she performed mainly as a soloist under the stage name, Regina Royce. Consists mainly of programmes, advertisements and reviews.

Series 3 Ussuri Cossack Equestrian Performers years. -- 1931-1943. -- After marrying Count Michael Cheremeteff in 1930, Regina gave up the ballet and began touring and performing with his Ussuri Cossack Equestrian Performers act based in Berlin. Consists of posters, programmes, reviews and correspondence relating to the act, and correspondence with their children and other family members.

Series 4 Britzer Buhnen Dance School years. -- 1946-1954. -- After her husband died in 1943, Regina Cheremeteff returned to ballet, opening the Britzer Buhnen Dance School in Berlin. Consists of business papers relating to the school, and correspondence, mainly with her children.

Series 5 Immigration to Canada. -- 1955. -- In August 1955, Regina Cheremeteff immigrated to Canada, arriving first in Regina, Saskatchewan; moving on to Calgary, Alberta in October that same year. Consists of documents, papers, souvenirs, etc. relating to her immigration experience.

Series 6 Calgary Russian Ballet School. -- 1956-1989. -- In 1956, Regina Cheremeteff established the Calgary Russian Ballet School in Calgary, Alberta. For the first few years, classes were taught at the German-Canadian Club but in 1963 she opened a school downtown. Consists of business records relating to the School, including correspondence, financial material, student registers, newspaper advertisements and articles, posters, programmes for performances, interviews, etc.
