It was designed to serve the needs of motion picture distributors, featuring a screening room and fireproof film storage vaults. The building project was conceived by John Hazza, but the building was owned by the contractor, Campbell & Hillier Ltd. -- The series consists of correspondence concerning planning and leasing of the building, and records of a legal dispute with Campbell & Hillier. |
