Calgary Herald Photographs

The Calgary Herald newspaper's photographs, which date from 1935 to 1989, but primarily from the 1970s, are rich in views of newsworthy people, places and events in Calgary, Alberta, including images of protests, malls and shopping, fashion, labour strikes, the demolition of buildings, royal visits, mayors, and politicians in action.
