The interviews were done by Barry Broadfoot and Mark Nichols. Note that not all interviews were used for the book; and there are interviews in the book for which there are no audio cassette tapes. Where a condensed version of the interview was published, the book's page numbers are given beside the name of the interviewee. There are transcripts for some of the interiviews.
