Administrative files. - 1982-1992. - 1.22 m of textual records and photographs. - Consists of minutes, correspondence, projects files, conference proceedings, financial records, newsletters, reports, etc. Many of the projects and conference files contain snapshots of the events, taken by participants. - Some files were maintained by the calendar year, and some by the Jaycette year (May 1- April 30). They have been arranged in a basic chronological arrangement, with the calendar year files preceding the Jaycette year files. There are many gaps in the records.

Competition albums. - 1975-1989. - 80 cm of textual records and photographs. -Consists of albums compiled for the Outstanding Unit competitions held at the National Conventions. They include descriptions and photographs of the units meetings, projects and activities, housed in decorative, hand-crafted covers. It is not clear if the five albums in the fonds are the total produced by the unit, or if some are missing.
