Series 3 John Howard Sissons - Judge's Notebooks. -- 1957-1962
M-1144 Mr. Justice John Howard Sissons. -- 1957-1962. -- 25 cm of textual records (9 volumes). -- J.H. Sissons was appointed the first Judge to the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories in 1955. He served until 1966, when William G. Morrow succeeded him in the position (and apparently came into possession of these volumes). -- Consists of notebooks kept by Sissons in which he recorded details of court cases over which he presided.
