Notice of Meeting

The Board of Governors of the Glenbow-Alberta Institute invites you to attend Glenbow’s online Annual General Assembly.

Individuals with valid Glenbow memberships have voting privileges. Memberships are available here

Nominations for Governors and Board bios will be posted on Glenbow’s website on Friday, September 10, 2021.

Additional nominations may be made in writing.  Each additional nomination must be signed by at least 25 voting members in good standing of Glenbow and by the nominee, and delivered to Glenbow’s Corporate Secretary no later than September 18, 2020. 

To be eligible to vote at the Annual General Assembly, voting members must have a valid Glenbow membership card. Please RSVP to receive your voting instructions.

Copies of the Agenda, Minutes from the 2020 Annual General Assembly, and FY 2020-2021 Financials will be available at the meeting.

RSVP to memberships@glenbow.org by September 20, 2021. The link to join the Zoom meeting will be sent to you in advance of the meeting.
