Group Assistance Program

Local service agencies, charitable organizations and non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply for partnership with Glenbow's Group Assistance Program.

  • Approved organizations may book group visits with a maximum of 30 visitors plus group leaders.
  • All bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance.
  • Glenbow will endeavor to accommodate the group's preferred visit times. In the case the preferred time is not available, all efforts will be made to accommodate a time that is suitable for both Glenbow and the group.
  • Glenbow will provide an information package to group leaders to help plan their visit and ensure an enhanced museum experience, as well as complimentary quarterly workshops (inquire for details).
  • Groups with youth must be supervised with the appropriate adult supervision; a ratio of one (1) adult supervisor to five (5) youth must be present.
  • Glenbow reserves the right to decline inquiries from organizations that do not align with the spirit and focus of the program.

To apply for admission through the Group Assistance Program, please fill out our online application form. You will be contacted after you have submitted your application to confirm the date and time of your visit. Please allow 5 business days for your application to be processed.
