first Anglican missionary on the Siksika reserve in southern Alberta,
to introduce Christianity to the Blackfoot. Includes a syllabic alphabet
for the Blackfoot language; Blackfoot translation of the Gospel of
St. Matthew; printed leaflet giving elementary religious teaching in
Blackfoot; and translations of parts of a religious service.
