What do you want the future Glenbow experience to be?

We’re planning an inside-out revitalization of Glenbow Museum to respond to the needs of our city and create new ways for people to engage with the museum.

This casual, drop-in style virtual open house will provide information about the building renovation plan and our goals for the future of Glenbow. We can’t wait to hear what you think!

You can visit all three breakout rooms or focus on the one that interests you the most:

1. Sustainability: Project experts will provide information about the unique approach to completing Glenbow’s building renovation project, some environmental features and financial impacts.
2. Community Interface: This discussion room will show how the building design incorporates light and opens up the museum to the city, in order to deliver remarkable experiences. This includes what the building will look like, how it will function and how we’re focusing on accessibility for ALL Calgarians.
3. Innovation: This discussion room will cover how the new building will create an enhanced public experience at Glenbow, with a restaurant, theatre, event space, and education spaces. It will also touch on future programming opportunities to connect with Calgarians and their guests.
