Glenbow Members are invited to attend the annual Report to the Community and election of the Board of Governors of the Glenbow-Alberta Institute.

Notice of Meeting

The Board of Governors of the Glenbow-Alberta Institute invites you to attend Glenbow’s Annual General Assembly.

Attendance is free for Glenbow Members. Individuals with current paid Glenbow memberships have voting privileges. Memberships are available here. 

Nominations for Governors and Board bios will be posted on Glenbow’s website on Thursday, September 10, 2020.

Additional nominations may be made in writing.  Each additional nomination must be signed by at least 25 voting members in good standing of Glenbow and by the nominee, and delivered to Glenbow’s Corporate Secretary no later than September 18, 2020. 

To be eligible to vote at the Annual General Assembly, voting members must present their valid Glenbow membership card. 

Copies of the Agenda, Minutes from the 2019 Annual General Assembly, and FY 2019-2020 Financials will be available at the meeting.
