I haven’t been able to use my membership due to all the COVID-19 closures – can I get an extension on my membership?

Yes. We are extending memberships for all current Glenbow members and anyone whose membership expired between March 2020 and July 2021. The Membership Extension will automatically be applied to your account. If you have any questions, please email

What’s happening to my membership during Glenbow’s renovation period?

Even though our building will be closed for renovations between September 2021 and Fall 2024, we will continue to offer exhibitions and programming at our new “pop-up” location in downtown Calgary, which will open in February 2022.

What should I do if my Member card is lost or stolen?
