I’m waiting for my card to arrive but want to visit Glenbow. Can I access my membership benefits without the card?

Yes. You can access all of your membership benefits by using your email confirmation or by collecting a temporary membership card from the Admissions Desk.

If I purchase a Plus-One or Family Membership can I bring different people with me every visit?

No. Glenbow memberships are non-transferable. Each adult will receive a Glenbow Member Card which can only be used by the person whose name is on the card. However, all members (excluding Students) receive 2 free guest passes for you to use for friends and family.

How do I use my free guest passes?

You will receive your free guest passes in the mail with your membership package along with your new membership card. Your guests do not have to accompany you if they wish to visit on their own.

What should I do if my Member card is lost or stolen?
